Red Velvet Christmas cake

This is a two tiered red velvet cake with a cream cheese icing. We then covered it in fondant and decorated with royal icing poinsettas and buttercream leaves. We were really happy with how it turned out because as we were working on it we thought it was going to be a disaster! It all came together in the end!

Christmas Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for our WODERFUL real estate agent! I was really happy with how they turned out! I was a little nervous working with the royal icing because I've had a hard time getting the consistency right but I got it this time!
